Morebeer Pale Ale II All Grain Kit

Recently Morebeer had two all grain brewer kits for half price. I jumped on the deal and by the following weekend was brewing one of the beers. I took a couple days off this week and I brewed the other beer.
As usual I had to start by plugging the recipe into Beersmith Online and made adjustments for my system's efficiency. I just try to make sure I land in the middle of their ABV range and hit the IBUs listed on the recipe sheet. I've brewed quite a few Morebeer kits and I don't think they make a bad one. Because I double the batches for my 11 gallon (finished beer) system, I have to be very careful about gravity and IBUs. It's not a one-to-one when you double the recipe and I frequently have some left over grain (nearly 5lbs most of the time), and hops that I move to the last 5 minutes of the boil to reduce the IBUs they will provide. Moving those hops does change the beer, but usually for the better, who doesn't like a little more flavor and aroma when they can get it?
By the end of the boil on this beer, I pretty much had hop soup, and it smelled amazing.
